What I bring to the Team:

What I bring to the team is a wealth of hands on experience, specialist tax knowledge, and a real commitment to helping our clients grow with confidence.

After sitting my A Levels, I knew university wasn’t the path for me and I wanted to get straight into the world of work while earning my qualifications. I started full time at 18 in the tax department of a national accountancy practice, where I gained both my accountancy and tax qualifications, along with invaluable experience.

Over the years I’ve worked across personal tax, corporate tax, and even spent time in the accounts department, preparing management accounts. Since then, I’ve gone on to advise on corporate restructures, research and development claims, specialist capital allowances, and a wide range of issues within HMRC Tax Enquiries.

I’m genuinely passionate about what I do and enjoy working closely with clients, helping them understand complex issues and make informed decisions.

Behind the scenes, I work meticulously to develop our team’s technical knowledge and ensure our limited company clients, high net worth individuals, and those with more complex tax matters receive expert handling and the highest level of care. I also work closely with our larger scale businesses, providing the specialist guidance they need as they grow and navigate more advanced financial and tax challenges.

In everything I do, my goal is to deliver clarity, confidence, and exceptional support both for our clients and our team.

DISC focuses on individual patterns of external, observable behaviours and measures the intensity of characteristics using scales of directness and openness for each of the four styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientious. Using the DISC model, it is easy to identify and understand our own style, recognise and cognitively adapt to different styles, and develop a process to communicate more effectively with others.
