What I bring to the Team:

I co-founded Premier Tax Solutions in May 2015 as a single mum because other accountancy practices couldn’t offer me the flexibility and salary I needed to make my career work around my daughter. I have a 2:1 Law & Business degree and I worked at a top 10 accountancy firm in the tax department where I studied for my ATT qualification.

I wanted to be able to have a career and a family so set up Premier Tax Solutions with Emily. With no second income into our house I had no choice but to make it work. There’s been plenty of amazing highs and some awful lows along the way, being a business owner is a wild ride like a rollercoaster. There have been plenty of times I have wanted to through the towel in (yes we all have days like that!). I hope to help as many business owners achieve their best lives through a mix of accountancy, business strategy and coaching.

DISC Profile:

DISC focuses on individual patterns of external, observable behaviours and measures the intensity of characteristics using scales of directness and openness for each of the four styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientious. Using the DISC model, it is easy to identify and understand our own style, recognise and cognitively adapt to different styles, and develop a process to communicate more effectively with others.
